Intent to Participate

Become a Beverage or Food Participant

The Rotary Clubs of Palos Verdes Peninsula and South Bay Sunrise host the Annual South Bay Beer and Wine Festival as a major fundraising event.

It features a minimum of 40 Restaurants, 30-40 Breweries, and 20 wineries. We also provide entertainment, a silent auction, and an opportunity drawing.

Attendees are from the greater Los Angeles Area, with the majority arriving from Torrance, the South Bay beach cities, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, San Pedro and surrounding communities.

There is no cost to Participants (your company). Each Participant may bring up to 4 people to set up and serve. Those four individuals may also partake in the festival as their time allows. 4 is the maximum. Sorry, no vendor sales or food trucks.

We will supply each participant with:

  • One 10 x 10 pop up tent
  • Two 6 foot tables, one plastic table cloth, 2 chairs
  • Plastic spoons, forks, plates, bowls, napkins
  • A souvenir tasting glass for each of your 4-person team.
  • Ice

There are a limited number of electrical booths available upon request. 

We are currently accepting Participation Requests for Wineries and Restaurants. Our space allocation for Breweries has been fullfilled, and we are not able to accept new submissions at this time. For Wineries and Restaurant Participants, please fill out and submit this form to get started.
